Start Promoting HYDT Protocol

You can Start earning commission by promoting HYDT Protocol easily. There are not requirement to be HYDT Protocol affiliate.

First, you need to get your unique Referral Link on Affiliate Panel. (If you have staked HYDT after affiliate program's implementation, you already have your referral link)

1. Click "Get your referral Link" in affiliate panel section

2. Set your username for better visibility. (Not mandatory, but recommended)

3. Copy your unique referral link, share it with your community or friends. When new user first time Stakes HYDT, the user will be registered as your referral and all Stakings they make generates commission for you.

How new referrer registration works

When a user visits the Protocol app website using your referral link, the website cookie records you as the referrer. (It expires after 30 days since the last website visit with referral link)

When user confirms referrer before staking HYDT for the first time on the wallet address, the Protocol fixes the referrer using the cookie information recorded.

Once the referrer is fixed, it cannot be changed.

The referrer information on the website cookie will be overwritten if the user lands on the Protocol App website with a different referral link.

Note: Metamask's Mobile browser is not sharing cookie information with user's normal website browser. Promoters are encouraged to ask their referral to use their default browser, or ask them to copy-paste their referral link to metamask browser directly, if they are on Mobile device.

Manual referrer registration

You can ask new user you are inviting to manually register you as referrer before their first time HYDT staking. Ask them to go to affiliate panel, and ask them to input your username.

FAQ

Can I register existing user as my referral?

Referrer information cannot be changed after the user's first HYDT staking. However, referrer information is associated with the wallet address, so you can ask the existing user to use a new wallet address so you can be registered as their referrer.

What happens if user Stakes HYDT for the first time without referral information?

If user has never visited HYDT Protocol website with referral link before, user will be registered without referrer upon first time staking HYDT. After first time HYDT Staking, referrer information can't be changed, but you can still ask existing user to use new a wallet address so you can be registered as their referrer.

How are HYDT Staking users treated before the implementation of the affiliate program?

People who have already staked HYDT before the launch of the affiliate program are treated the same as those who have never staked HYDT before. You can refer them with your referral link. As soon as they stake HYDT for the first time after the launch of the affiliate program, the referrer information is fixed and cannot be changed.

Are there any prohibited marketing methods?

Our only requirement is that you don't bid on brand related keywords in Google Ads. Everything else is up to you! To be on the safe side, you can add "HYDT" as a negative word in your Google Ads account.
